Logs of this site

Page requests leave IP address, time, page and browser in a server log that we keep for seven days to operate and defend the site.

Messages to us

Your email and your contact details are stored to answer you and for any follow-up, and are shared with no one unless you agree.

Player data for organisers

The tournament organiser is responsible for player data. We process player name, team, email and match schedule on its behalf and only for that tournament.

Delivery data

We note whether messages were delivered or bounced, to keep the player list clean. Open tracking is not used for reminders.

Removed players

Players who opted out are kept on a block list so organisers cannot add them again by accident.

Your rights

You can request information on and correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent; complaints may also go to a data protection authority.
