Anti-Spam Policy
Tournament mail is useful exactly as long as it concerns a match someone signed up for. Everything beyond that is spam, whether it comes from an organiser, a sponsor or a clan leader with a big address list. We do not carry it.
What we ensure
- Messages are tied to a registration for a specific tournament.
- Player lists belong to the tournament and expire with it.
- Organisers confirm that every player registered personally or was registered by their team captain with their knowledge.
- Addresses from forums, Discord exports or other platforms are not accepted.
Forbidden
- Inviting players to new events by mass mail without them signing up.
- Advertising sponsors, shops or betting sites through tournament mail.
- Registering people for tournaments without their knowledge.
- Hiding which organiser is sending.
If you report something
- We confirm receipt and identify organiser and tournament from the headers.
- If the complaint holds, mail for that organiser stops while we check.
- Confirmed abuse closes the organiser's account; the address receives nothing further from our systems.
- Blocklist operators get the case details they ask for.
